Michaell Adam Lucker [ Vocalist of Suicide Silence]  passed away earlier this morning from injuries sustained during a motorcycle accident. This is completely devastating to all of us and we offer our deepest condolences to his family. He will be forever in our hearts !

"I know I never knew Mitch, but it’s kind of weird that he passed the way he did.

Last night I’d been talking to a few people about going out on my brother’s bike sometime soon; by bike I mean motorcycle. 

At least Mitch got to do what he loved, had a family he loved, and saved lives because of people who loved him.

"When I heard the news all I could think about was Kenadee, and how she must be mourning her father’s death. No humam being should go through such a thing at that age. It’s crazy how everything was okay a couple of days ago, and now he’s gone.

Everytime I look at my poster of Suicide Silence a chill runs down my spine. I honestly refuse to believe that he’s gone, but it’s the cold, harsh truth.

I’ve never really been too into Suicide Silence. I don’t listen to them much. But losing your hero must be the hardest thing, it’s absolutely unimaginable. All these posts show me how great of a person he was. The world lost a great inspiration, a little girl lost an amazing daddy, a band lost their friend, and countless people lost their hero. It’s scary to think of how quickly life can leave a person, you can be here today and gone tomorrow. One thing’s for sure though; Mitchell Adam Lucker may have died physically, but his memory will live on <3"

I don’t really know who he is, but from what I can tell is that he is a good man. I’m so sorry to you Suicide Silence fans, really I am. I know it’s hard thinking ‘Wow, this man(or woman) can die any day, we don’t know when and we don’t know how.’ Then poof, one day they are gone. 

It’s really hard to believe, it’s hard knowing that the people you look up to die. People who joke about death, needs to stop. Obviously, people are dying every second to each day, it’s not something to joke about. 

I know that many of you SS fans are heart broken, and I’m sorry. I don’t know how it feels to lose someone you look up to, I don’t. I know what it’s like to lose a friend, one day they are there then poof they’re gone the next. It’s hard to think and believe that they truly are gone, no longer on this planet. 

If one of the people of my favorite bands died then I’d be a goner. If Gerard Way, Frank Iero, Mikey Way, Ray Toro, Hayley Williams, Taylor York, or Jeremy Davis died, I would be heart broken, seriously. I look up to these people, they’ve given me hope. If anyone needs a friend, my ask is open. I just found out about this, and  I’m a real sucker when death comes up. It gets me thinking, and just wanting to comfort whoever is broken and hurt. 

Like I said, I’m here.

I think even if you don’t listen to Suicide Silence, or even know the band, it still grabs your attention, i mean.. think about how you have that connection with your favourite band, how you fangirl over band members, some fans are having to deal with the fact that Suicide Silence’s front man has died, their favourite member, who some might not have even met yet. Imagining how the band members must be feeling is horrible, knowing that the same guy isn’t going to be sitting with them working out lyrics and riffs to songs.

But a positive is, is that Mitch will always be remembered. All of SS fans are behind them, and together we’ll pull through this."

Rest In Peace Mitchell Adam Lucker. For those of you who don’t know who he was, he was the vocalist for the band Suicide Silence. Mitch I know you wont see this but I just want you to know that you had an incredible impact on me and thousands of other people. You were one of the sweetest guys to exist and it’s sad to hear of your passing. Although it’s sad, I know you wouldn’t want any of your family, friends, or fans to be upset. You would want us to rejoice because we have not lost you. You will always be in our hearts, we have simply gained yet another guardian angel to help watch over all of us and guide us down the right path. I never got the chance to meet you but you still inspired me not through just who you were as a person, but your music you created. If I would have got the chance to meet you I can guarantee I would have be in tears and I wouldn’t have know what to say. Honestly, I would have probably just ran up to you and hugged you while crying, trying to talk but sounding incoherent instead. You were and still are such a wonderful person. A true icon. I hope you’re having fun partying with all the other passed rock stars up in the clouds. I miss you so much already. See you soon dude. ♥ Rock on. \m/ "
